Delivered as part of a framework with multinational investment bank and financial services company Goldman Sachs, this flagship office was part of a major seven storey commercial development, located in the central business district in Warsaw.
Prioritising sustainability, we were responsible for establishing an intelligent, low energy lighting design. Meeting the requirements of CIBSE Lighting Guide LG7 and utilising the latest LED technology the strategy would both benefit the environment, and represent a cost saving for the client over the long term.
We were also responsible for developing the Cat B fit out MEP services design strategy, along with reviewing the detailed design and installation on site to ensure the works met with the client’s exacting high standards.
