Supporting your journey

We have a managed training and development programme, accredited by CIBSE and IMechE.

  • Opportunities for work placements and internships.
  • Training tailored to professional bodies such as the IET and the Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management.
  • You will be matched with an internal mentor with a related institute membership and/or Chartered Engineer status career path throughout the training programme to offer guidance and support.
  • Graduates will have an individual tailored training plan prepared by your mentor and based on the Engineering Council UK criteria.
  • Our training programmes include internal placements and potentially assignments with external organisations, giving you hands-on involvement, working on live projects to develop your skills and experience.
  • We are proud to support a significant number of students each year in all of our offices.
  • From 2 weeks work experience for GCSE students, to supporting staff through their HND, Apprenticeship, and Degrees.
