We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and technically accomplished individual to join our growing Vertical Transportation team in London.

Hilson Moran is an interdisciplinary consultancy of engineers, designers, and advisors, applying progressive thinking and technical excellence to shape the built environment. We deliver innovative engineering and consultancy services across the planning, design, and operational lifecycle of buildings, helping clients create spaces that are more efficient, sustainable, and intelligent.

You will provide specialist lift and escalator consultancy services across both standalone and multidisciplinary projects. Working as a key member of the project team, you will be involved in a range of activities including concept and scheme design, traffic analysis and simulations, preparation of tender documentation, site surveys, and the specification of refurbishment and modernisation works.

You will already have experience and a proven track record in areas such as:

  • Monitoring installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Supporting procurement exercises and tender evaluations.
  • Providing independent technical advice to clients and project teams.
  • Undertaking site inspections and witnessing demonstration tests.
  • Preparing capital lifecycle and asset replacement plans.
  • Reviewing compliance with relevant British Standards, European Standards, and UK legislation.
