We are seeking to employ a Façade Access to work in our Farnborough or London office.

The role

Working within our Façade Access / Working at Height Team.

Activities shall include a range of the following:

  • Façade Access Equipment maintenance audits.
  • Working at Height risk assessments.
  • Attending/ Chairing review meetings with contractor and client.
  • Condition surveys.
  • Lifecycle plans.
  • Providing technical support to clients.
  • Procurement of maintenance contracts.
  • Development of Façade Access strategies.
  • Preparation of specifications for new installation or replacement BMU projects.
  • Management of works packages.

  • Have relevant background in
    • Façade Access (Cradle) service provider
    • Façade Access installation company
    • Engineering services inspection company
    • Consultancy
    • Health and Safety
  • Minimum of BTEC or above
