We are proud to announce that two significant Hilson Moran projects, YY London and Plot A – Nine Elms, are among the first in the world to commit to the new SmartScore certification from WiredScore.
Launched last week and developed in conjunction with the WiredScore Smart Council, SmartScore is a Smart building certification that aims to help owners and landlords understand, improve and communicate to prospective occupiers the user functionality and technological foundations of their buildings.
Our Smart buildings team have been working with developer Quadrant to ensure both projects are fully committed to the new certification and will help set definitive standards in Smart technology integration for commercial buildings
Hilson Moran’s Stuart Bridges comments,
“it’s exciting to be working with some enlightened clients on the first buildings to be part of the scheme, and we look forward to working with SmartScore and the design team to deliver these standout projects. Hopefully this will allow other developers, owners, landlords and tenants to benefit from the full potential that a smart building can deliver in both user experience and energy reduction”.
