Vince Ugarow, Design Director at Hilson Moran, has been selected to join the NLA Expert Panel for Tall Buildings 2021, helping to shape the conversation on the role of tall buildings, now and into the future.
Newly refreshed for 2021, the NLA Expert Panels bring together industry experts from across the NLA membership to provide thought-leadership on design, development and construction in London; as well as responding to new government policies or consultations.
The Expert Panel for Tall Buildings focuses on placemaking and examines the environmental impact of towers and attitudes to tall buildings; both in London and around the world.
With a longstanding expertise in high rise design, Vince’s appointment to the Panel compliments over 30 years of industry experience, covering everything from tall building design and energy efficiency to sustainability and digital technology.
In addition to the NLA, Vince is one of six founding committee members of the UK Chapter of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat and has extensive experience delivering sustainable buildings, focusing on passive low carbon design, energy efficient active MEP systems, vertical transportation and Smart technologies.
