WELL Certification is a globally recognised standard that advances human health and wellbeing in buildings and communities. Unlike environmental frameworks such as BREEAM and LEED, WELL is uniquely focused on the needs of building occupants, addressing both physical and mental health through evidence-based strategies.
Highlights of our WELL Platinum achievement
- Air and water quality: Advanced filtration systems, air quality sensors, and the use of low- and no-VOC materials support a healthier indoor environment.
- Healthy nourishment and movement: Access to nutritious food options and ergonomic workstations with a variety of seating options, enabling staff to choose a workspace which suits their need. Staff are encouraged to eat away from their desks at lunch, and access the numerous walking routes near to the building.
- Lighting and comfort: Smart lighting supports productivity and healthy sleep patterns, while thermal controls allow individuals to tailor their environment.
- Mental health and community: Biophilic design, wellbeing initiatives and inclusive programmes foster connection and a strong sense of belonging.
