Nova Victoria is a major mixed-use development by Land Securities near Victoria Station within the City of Westminster. Building 5, a high-end residential building consisting of 170 apartments arranged over 11 storeys, involved extensive detailed design to deliver the prime residential quality sought for this area.
Working in a full BIM environment, we carried out critical elements of the design of the dwellings in 3D Revit to identify, develop and maximise the opportunities for prefabrication, optimising space take as well as reducing project risk. Our design has also supported a requirement for the scheme to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, along with heating and cooling being serviced from a site wide energy centre.
