As part of our long-term relationship with the Bank of New York Mellon, this project involved the fit out of 4,645 sq m of space at 3 Hardman Street in Manchester. In order to meet the Bank’s high resilience operational requirements, our designs incorporated a communications room, UPS capabilities and N+1 standby generators to maintain business as usual operations for 72 hours in the event of a power failure. The fit out also included meeting rooms, a canteen and kitchen area, along with allowing high levels of occupancy in open-plan areas.
We were also appointed as LEED assessors, with the Bank’s offices achieving a LEED-CI rating of silver.
