Alderley Park is a 400 acre campus and home to a number of high profile life science organisations, including Astra Zeneca. Developers Bruntwood and Manchester Science Partnership (MSP) are investing over £200m to improve the site and provide 1.5m sq ft of lab and office space to a range of occupiers, with the aim of creating one of the UK’s leading life science campuses.
We are supporting a major refurbishment programme on a number of buildings which make up the site, including the retrofit of the existing Clinical Toxicology Labs, the refurbishment of several blocks of R&D and commercial office space and the design of a new site wide waste logistics building, along with supporting improvements to the site wide energy system to significantly reduce running costs and improve the attraction of the campus to occupiers.
