Within the first six months, all staff have a formal, focused and consultative review with their line manager and/or mentor to map out a path for further personal development in the context of clear objectives for the group or team, as well as the aims of the business as a whole.
Training and development is continuous within our ever-changing environment, so we’ve put in place flexible yet robust processes to ensure that training needs can be identified and implemented on an ongoing basis, to meet business-critical objectives as they arise. We also recognise the different preferred learning styles of our multicultural and diverse workforce and do whatever is possible to meet and satisfy those preferences.
