A number of environmental strategies are considered ranging from air conditioning servicing options through to mixed mode and natural ventilation low energy approaches.
Energy legislation guidance is provided, steering the team on how best to achieve compliance with Building Regulation Part L1/L2 'Conservation of Fuel and Power' and how to achieve low energy rating against the European Union 'Energy Performance in Building Directive'. This includes liaison with building control at early stages to agree a compliance approach. |
