This development includes 379 one and two bedroom residential apartments, of which 100 form part of the borough's affordable housing scheme.
14,300m² of mixed use retail units are provided. The retail malls were designed to receive natural daylight and are naturally ventilated to reduce energy consumption. In addition to the retail and residential elements a new library and information centre is provided and a fitness centre. An existing Beale's department store also benefited from a major refurbishment and expansion.
