Hilson Moran have been involved in the redevelopment of the Baker’s Lane shopping precinct to form Three Spires Shopping Centre over three phases for St Martins Property Corporation.
The phases include substantial statutory infrastructure diversions, relocation of a Royal Mail sorting facility, and the construction of large, medium and small retail units whilst maintaining trading at the centre.
The Architect for all three phases was John Clark Associates |
