A new 2,600m² superstore was delivered in 23 weeks for Sainsbury's in Loughton, adjacent to the underground station.
The project was extremely complex due mainly to the stringent planning restrictions required, upgrading the local road network, and the phasing needed to minimise impact on the Underground Station, whilst providing a new station car park.
The client was RGCM working on behalf of Sainsbury's plc.
The Architect was Pick Everard. |
