The Leadworks, in Chester, dates back to the mid 1800's, when the site was a factory that produced most of the lead shot in the Northwest of England. The site is now being developed as a residential park by Bellway Homes comprising 395 apartments in three, 5 storey blocks overlooking the Shropshire Union Canal. Upper apartments in each block include duplex Penthouse units and parking is provided in basement car parks.
The Architect is Tweed, Nuttall & Warburton.
