This is an innovative, elegant new office building in the City of London. The glass and steel building offers a total of 35,000m² over 18 floors, with retail at ground level.
Close collaboration with the design team and local authority planners was required in developing a new ‘whole building’ performance assessment methodology. Hilson Moran undertook advanced thermal modelling, developing a 3D computational model to enable the evaluation of alternative design options at concept stage. The project won two BCO Awards in 2008.
