The Angel Hotel, a listed building located in the centre of Guildford, was totally refurbished and the bedroom accommodation extended.
Included in the refurbishment was renewal of the existing engineering services, which entailed careful co-ordination of the new services distribution in sympathy with the listed status of the building.
