Allen and Overy was considering how to resource a vacant role for a Head of Engineering to manage and oversee all aspects of engineering operation and maintenance in their London premises. The role had even greater significance given that they were shortly due to move from their existing location to newly built premises approaching one milllion square feet. The new premises incorporates highly sophisticated and resilient building engineering services in support of Allen & Overy's business requirements. The role required extensive experience of managing the transition from a project environment to full operations.
As a result Hilson Moran specifically recruited and allocated a senior engineering manager who has many years experience in business critical operational environments to fulfil the position of Head of Engineering. This role along with Hilson Moran's wider management and technical support is successfully supporting our client in the development of the building operations from initial project handover through to normal steady state operations. |
