BNP Paribas has occupied its prestigious UK Headquarters in Marylebone, London since construction to BNP Paribas' exacting standards and subsequent hand over during June 1997.
The premises provide over 350,000 square feet of trading, general offices, meeting and conference suites, together with restaurant and gymnasium facilities. Utilities, air conditioning, ventilation and power are all configured to incorporate significant levels of redundancy to minimise the impact of failure on BNP Paribas' 24 hour, 7-day business operations. Hilson Moran's Facilities Management Group was chosen to develop a bespoke specification and fully "open book" tender document and manage the detailed tender process to select a new resident engineering operation and maintenance service incorporating fabric maintenance. |
