Hilson Moran worked with Squire and Partners on the fit-out of a new HQ for leading UK retailer Reiss at 10 Barrett Street, just off Oxford Street in London. The building was designed to function as an icon for the Reiss brand, with the flagship Reiss store on the first two floors, and above it three further storeys of offices, cutting rooms and design studios. The penultimate floor provides corporate meeting rooms and above is a penthouse flat.
Hilson Moran provided the building services consultancy on the project.
The scheme has recently won an RIBA Award 2009, a BCO Regional Award in the ‘Projects up to 2,000m²’ category and a Civic Trust Award.
