This new commercial development will provide 60,000m² of office space and comprises twin, mirrored 14-storey towers, connected centrally by a shared atrium and entrance space.
The Category B fit out includes offices, an executive floor, a 180-seat auditorium, CER and SER Rooms and a staff facilities floor with meeting rooms, a café and a gymnasium.
Hilson Moran has recently been commissioned to provide the building services design for the new bank premises, including air conditioning and ventilation, electrical and public health services, fire detection/protection and BMS. The design brief involves providing a high level of resilience to the electrical and mechanical systems underpinning the critical bank services, particularly in relation to power, data and communications systems.
