100 Bishopsgate will provide one of London’s tallest and most distinctive landmarks. The 35-storey tower will become part of the City's emerging skyscraper cluster and is designed for single or multiple tenancy occupation. Also included will be two low-level mixed-use buildings, one of which will become the new livery hall for the Worshipful Company of Leathersellers.
The development's low-energy strategy includes a facade designed to achieve a high level of thermal performance while optimising natural daylight. A number of low and zero carbon technologies have been incorporated into the scheme.
