From the moment that prospective staff enter the recruitment process we are evaluating their 'skill sets' to discover how we can work and grow together. From 'Day-One' with the company we will endeavour to build close relationships to enable us to identify mutual opportunities for development.

Within 6 months all staff will have a formal, focussed and consultative review with their 'line manager' and/or mentor to 'map-out' a path for further personal development. This development will have clear links to the defined objectives of their group/team as well as recognising the impact towards the achievement of corporate objectives.

Training and Development is a 'live' need within our ever-changing environment, so we have implemented flexible, yet robust processes to ensure that needs can be identified and implemented on an ongoing basis, to meet business critical objectives as they arise. We also recognise the different preferred learning styles in our multi-cultural and diverse work-force and thus we endeavour to deliver effective T & D solutions through a variety of interventions, i.e:
