- Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Built Environment
- Structural Engineering
We will also recruit graduates with a relevant degree in a related engineering, design or scientific field
So why join the Hilson Moran Graduate scheme?
Well, we provide our graduates with structured vocational training, tailored to the particular skills and ambitions of the individual. All training will take place under the guidance of one of our senior staff acting as their 'mentor'.
During training our graduates have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced teams on some of our most prestigious projects. Graduates are also encouraged to attend CPD training courses and special seminars.
Our training schemes are accredited both by CIBSE and IMechE and we encourage all our graduates to obtain chartered membership of the professional institution relevant to their particular discipline, at the earliest opportunity. We are also looking at accreditation of our scheme with other related institutions.
Graduates joining us directly from university are rewarded with a £2,000 new joiners allowance, £1,000 payable after three months and a further £1,000 payable after six months.*
If you would like to be considered for a graduate position within the company please submit an application form to us, indicating the position that would be most suitable to you
*In exchange we ask for a commitment to stay for a minimum of 2 years. |
